Mr. Tommie Howard is a Theologian, Educator, Public Speaker, Writer, Poet and Professional Mentor.
Pioneered a unique approach to affective domain learning which prompted the development of the organization. With this unique program, Mr. Howard conducted a study with over 100 subjects from the nations 2nd worst lower education school districts in the country (Central Indiana) with revolutionary results. He discovered that his affective learning system increased behavior, citizenship and academics concurrently.Mr. Howard has continued his research through to this present day and holds that affective learning constructs will revolutionize the field of learning.

Mr. Whitfield is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has a Master’s degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Sherman is President Emeritus of the Chicago Midwest Chapter of Association of Strategic Alliance Professionals, which includes the states of Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana.
He has spoken on the subject of Relationships across the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. He has visited 27 countries including Brazil, Hong Kong, South Africa, Kenya, Spain, Italy, Germany, France to name a few. He had his life testimony written up in a book titled “Amazing Grace” by Steven Turner that included people like Joan Collins and Bono. He has also appeared as a guest on a television show focusing on the role of Alliance/Relationship management. Sherman has even met the Queen of England.
In the top five in the annual Coronation Pageant was Anietra Butler and Bianca Davis, both of Ben Davis High School. Since 1986, the Miss Circle City Classic Coronation pageant has showcased the abilities of area young women. Contestants are nominated by counselors, teachers and administrators at their high schools. The young women participate in a series of workshops, interviews and write an essay. They are also evaluated on their academic achievements, and school and extracurricular activities. Also on the show is Daion Morton
